I have carefully examined the

Captain's Log of the Barque John Calvin and find that when she bell Tong Hong, on 13th of March 1856, bound for Havannah, she had On board 298 Passengers.

Of those Passengers it appears

Were drowned on the passage.

128 died on the Passage, and

163 Were Sent on board of a Hulk at Ravannah..
